Seismic Bearing (LRB)

The most important part of the leaden kernel bearing is to give the first reaction at the center under the horizontal weight. The weight is met, first from the leaden kernel , the bed covering the kernel answers to the reactions right after the maximum damping capacity.

This kind of bearings with higher damping capacity, have an active role in analysing basing points of both todays and tomorows structures. The purity rate of the leaden kernel in LRB  Isolators is 99.9 %  in Arsan Kauçuk. If the rate stays under this value, the isolator can not make the desired damping and also it will not give the same reaction  to continuous transactions.

In structures, bridges and buildings with using seismic bearings, the movements and effects are 50 % less than normal bearings.This situation really supports that the LRB Isolators are acting correctly for the right purpose.
